We want you to love your Lamcy's bag. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 3 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

How to Return

Reach out to us via WhatsApp or our contact page to initiate your return. Please provide your order details and reason for return.

Pack Your Item
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

Ship or Drop Off
We will arrange for pickup or provide drop-off instructions. Returns within Accra can be picked up free of charge.

Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
